COLOGNE, Germany: With the new Veraview X800 2-D/3-D imaging system and the TriAuto ZX2 endo motor, well-established company Morita is presenting fascinating innovations in the areas of diagnostics and endodontics and offering a comprehensive portfolio of dental solutions at its booth at IDS. Visitors to the stand have the opportunity to experience the different products first-hand and have a look into virtual reality.
There are many reasons to visit the Morita booth (R040–S049 and S051, Hall 10.2). The Japanese manufacturer is currently presenting new highlights, such as the Veraview X800 2-D/3-D diagnostic system, which aims to enhance diagnostics with revolutionary image quality and a range of post-processing options to optimise contrast and visualise the subtlest details.
In the field of endodontics, Morita has developed the state-of-the-art TriAuto ZX2 endodontic motor with an integrated apex locator. It is the only system of its kind to combine both features in a cordless handpiece.
Furthermore, the device offers a new safety feature, Optimum Glide Path, which enables and simplifies glide path creation. This is combined with the established Optimum Torque Reverse feature, which provides protection against file breakage and microcracks caused by changing the direction of rotation in situations of excessive torque.
Visitors to IDS can test the company’s endodontic systems in a hands-on area under the guidance of experts at the Morita booth. Furthermore, the various straight and contra-angle handpieces can be tried out. Moreover, the company is showing clinical videos of its lasers and presenting its treatment units, which are aimed at novices (e.g. SIGNO G10) and experienced practitioners (e.g. Soaric) alike. Wearing virtual-reality glasses, visitors will also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the digital Morita practice and inspect the innovations digitally.
